Residential Booking

The full residential rate for the conference includes accommodation at the Durrant House Hotel between Friday to Sunday, all meals including the gala dinner. The rate also includes attendance at the conference lectures for one or two people.

The residential pricing is:

One person attending the conference and staying at the Durrant House hotel in a Single Room. Full price £395.
Two people attending the conference and staying at the Durrant House Hotel in a double or twin room - Full price £700.
One person attending the conference and two people staying at the Durrant House Hotel in a double or twin room - Full price £650.

Non Residential Booking

Optional Tours

Please note that places are limited for the additional guided walking tours – see https://www.devonfhs.org.uk/pre-and-post-conference-tours for details. Participants will need to arrange their own transport to and from the starting points.

For the Clovelly tour you are booking and paying for the tour only. There will be an additional charge for entry to the village. 2026 prices are not known but 2025 rates are £9.50 per adult; we hope to get a party rate. Details of the additional charge and ways to pay will be sent much nearer the time.
