The Devon Wills Project was a co-operation involving Devon Family History Society, Devon Heritage Services, GENUKI/Devon, and the Plymouth and West Devon Record Office to compile an index of Devon Wills, administrations, etc.
The Project co-ordinators were: Richard Grylls and Brian Randell.
The project has officially ended, and the data is being maintained by the Devon Heritage Centre and Devon Family History Society. The database now contains 316,230 Wills, etc., from almost 550 different sources.
Whilst the project has ended, if you have found a Will that relates to Devon that is not in the database, please do submit information by clicking the link below. Similarly if you found a source of Wills that have not been indexed, please do get in touch by emailing devonwillsproject@devonfhs.org.uk.
